Study of inspection acts for imported genetically modified feed and industrial applications traceability and export agricultural products

Our bulk cereals rely imported supply and most of them are genetic modified products. However, the current domestic production is insufficient to fit the demand of local feed production. This research cope with the authority to conduct quality testing of imported feed raw materials. Besides, we carried out industrial application and feed environmental survey to establish the foundational database. The export of papaya seeds is one of major export items, we also continue to cooperate with the authorities to conduct a comprehensive sampling, maintaining our image of good quality agricultural products.

Table 1. The summary results of inspection imported non-GM feed soybeans. Ten imported non-GMF soybeans were 0.01~0.39% GM content below the 0.9%  threshold level in our country.
