Metabolic Virulence Determinant DNA detection of Bacterial spot of Tomato

This project aims to detect the RNA of plant pathogens invaded by plants or metabolized by Solanaceae as the target of molecular detection and solve the problem that DNAs can cause false positives in DNA detection.
