Establishment and Research of pathogen detection and protection techniques of propagation Seed and Seedling pathogens

  1. To establish seed potato bacterial disease detection methods after harvest, the serum detection system would be development this year. In 2015, the detection serums of potato soft rot (Pectobactrium carotovora) were production. The IgG of detection serums needs be purification and connected with alkaline phosphatase in order to apply with ELISA technique.
  2. The objective of this program is to develop a strawberry seedling propagation system without pesticides. The calcium (Ca), silicon compound material (Si), chitin and Bacillus bio-agents would apply during strawberry seedling propagation season. The anthracnose disease would be decrease and the propagation rates by well management would be raise compare to pesticide control set.
  3. The objective of this program is to establish compare platform for TSIPS grapevine virus detection serum (GLRaV-3and GVA) from commercial serum products. By the compare results we can use self-production plant virus detection serum instead of commercial products which are more expensive for long term.
