Establishment of inspection and monitoring system for new era genetically modified organisms

The G1H1 is new generation GM rice event with insect and herbicide resistance. We constructed a positive control plastid for detection (ProGene620 OsG6H1) based on publicly available sequence by artificial synthesis method. The detection primer G6H1-F / R was selected for event detection. Furthermore, the testing results indicated using 20 ~ 2 pg DNA template for PCR, and the detection limit is 20 ~ 2 fg.
