Achievement：In this year, we have completed the construction of "Phalaenopsis DUS testing database" and made it go-live by which DUS examiner could input data of DUS testing hrough mobile devices and real-time synchronization with the database without additional manual input. It is believed that it will give a significant boost to DUS testing efficiency and quality. At the same time, we also have completed the "Prototype of Phalaenopsis Variety Image Identification System". In the future, we  will continue to increase the size of the database to improve the identification system.

▲Fig1.Through this project, we connected the mobile device to input characteristics of phalaenopsis during DUS testing synchronously to improve the efficiency of DUS testing and variety database expansion as well as to reduce the manpower requirement.
