This program provides suggestions for future course adjustments according to evaluation questionnaire results of  the recent background information, the characteristics of agricultural operations, and the "ability improvement status" and "benefits" of participants after training in the plant seed and seedling category classes established by Taiwan seed improvement and propagation station. The program conducts a "Farmer Risk Assessment" questionnaire survey for first-time agricultural workers-introductory and junior class students, and the results will return to trainees, course adjustments, and farmer counseling plans. The research results indicate that the relevant agricultural knowledge and skills of interviewees in the 2016-2018 junior class “seedling production and management technology training class” and the advanced course “fruit tree grafting seedling production technology training class” were improved after training. "seedling production and management technology training class" students who had engaged in agriculture before the training, their tangible and intangible benefits changed significantly after participating in the training; in the 2019 agricultural risk questionnaire, the interviewees from the agricultural risk results according to cluster analysis results can be divided into growth, steady and stable types are within the scope of medium farmer risk level. In the future, courses related to project planning that significantly affect risk scores such as marketing channels and planting projects will be used to improve their farmer risk level.
