(一) The planning of crop seed conservation course

The project is planned to evaluate farmers' seed conservation remands including crop categories, knowledge and technology, etc., then to plan a series of training courses for crop seed conservation. To establish the relevant knowledge and technology for farmers to conserve their seeds, and promote "Seeds Saving in Farmers" jointly, it is ensured the development of Taiwan's agriculture will be sustainable.

(二)Research on the training performance analysis for the seedling training courses

In order to provide adjusted suggestions for the training courses of the Farmers' Academy in the future, the project conducts a training effectiveness survey for students who participated in the advanced courses of "Seed Treatment Technology" and "Seed Quality Testing Technology" in 2015 to 2019, to understand the background information, the characteristics of agricultural operations, and the " ability improvement status" and "benefits" of participants after training in the course. The research results indicated that both the core capabilities and the benefits change after training have improved. The ability improvement status and tangible benefits changes of young farmers are also significantly higher than those of non-young farmers after training.
