Constructing intelligent identification services for seed and seedling industry

In order to solve the problem of land use required by agricultural residual product composting and processing plants, the rapid resource-based processing technology is adopted. This project completes establishment of upland crop waste mobile processing system by assembling generators and related connecting equipment. It has been tested to operate smoothly during the process. Preliminary cost estimates are made for the materials, manpower and energy required for the crop waste mobile processing system during the operation, and the cost per kilogram is about NT$144-254. In addition, the residual product of sorghum stalks and corn cobs with different pulverization degrees was used as raw materials for rapid resource-based processing. After the actual operation and germination test, if the labor saving is considered, the corn cobs must be crushed to at least 17mm or less, and the sorghum stalks must be cut to less than 14cm.
