Participatory selection of taro regional clonal lines
One hundred and seventy-nine tissue-cultured colonies collected from 18 fields in 5 producing areas were established. After traits selection, twenty-four single-plant vegetative lines of them were confirmed by pathogen detection assay are specific-pathogen-free, SPF material and virus detection.
