The study of healthy seedling production by in vitro micropropagation

  1. We complete the collection and virus detection of local cultivated strains of chrysanthemum, lotus, and grape, and establish in vitro propagation technologies for chrysanthemum and lotus.
  2. We have completed the improvement of passion fruit shoot proliferation medium, and the planting method of dragon fruit plantlets.
  3. In the Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra anther culture, one variety was induced to successfully regenerate plantlets from its anther culture and the regenerated plantlets were propagated. The survival rate of the regenerated plantlets was 30.8-92.3%, which can be used for subsequent line observation and breeding.
