Taiwan Seed Improvement and Propagation Station (TSIPS) has constructed the Intelligent Vegetable Seedling Production and Sales Management System for professional vegetable nurseries since 2017. The system connected with LINE@ official account could help vegetable nurseries to integrate the information with customers through LINE. Using LINE@ marketing and online ordering functions is a new marketing channel for vegetable nurseries.

TSIPS stated that LINE is the most commonly used communication software in Taiwan, and vegetable nurseries use LINE to communicate with customers about ordering or shipping seedlings frequently. The Intelligent Vegetable Seedling Production and Sales Management system developed an online order RWD action form and integrate with the Line@ official account of nursery. The functions could integrate LINE messages between the nurseries and customers. Vegetable nurseries could use the system to transfer existing seedling products to the LINE@ official account, and actively promote products to customers. Then customers could order seedlings on Line@ official account instead of traditional phone calls or Line messages. The functions could reduce the omission of orders, real-time query of orders, to push product information to customers and provide digital services for customers of nurseries.

In the beginning stage users of the "Intelligent Vegetable Seedling Production and Sales Management System" and Line@ official account applied to pesticide and vegetable seedlings selling. They effectively reduced the probability of errors in manual orders processing for selling diversified vegetable seedlings. In the future, TSIPS will continue to promote this system, and we hope that more vegetable nurseries can use this system, work together to improve the steady supply and efficient service of vegetable seedlings.
