This year, we continue to self-cross and select the S6 generation, which is segregated from the hybrid lines, focusing on traits such as large fruit size and tolerance to papaya ringspot virus. To establish clone lines, we are selecting superior individual plants from the S1 generation for vegetative propagation. Additionally, we conducted varietal trait testing on one excellent hybrid variety bred in the previous year.
