Development of Key Technologies for Tissue Culture-assisted Seed Selection

This project has successfully completed the transplanting and acclimatization of three varieties of Bambusa oldhamii tissue culture seedlings, with a survival rate of 96.2-100%. Differences in plant height and leaf number were observed between batches treated with flowering induction, but the induction medium had no significant effect on growth differences. The survival rate of plants induced from embryoid culture in anther culture of cruciferous vegetables reached 100%, and their growth status is under continuous observation.
