High Quality and Stress Tolerance Breeding in Tomato
The completed 25 S3-S4 generation of lines for selection of high-quality lines, with 14 lines selected for disease resistance and initially selected 6 disease-resistant lines. The strains were conducted ion leakage tests and were initially selected 2 strains to be more heat-resistant. We also collected and evaluated 15 germplasm strains, conducted planting investigations, and selected retained seeds.
