Achievement：(1)Our researches focused on selection of resistant varieties against  Fusarium wilt in luffa and pumpkin for using as rootstocks. 2 test crosses of luffa with promising resistance to disease and 2 test crosses of pumpkin were selected as rootstocks and conducted grafting compatibility test. As regards result of grafting compatibility tests, 107LH15 (disease severity <10%, luffa rootstock) and H02 (pumpking rootstock) could rise up the 1^th flowering note of the female and fit the market requirement. (2) Four disease-resistant eggplant rootstocks were grafted with Kaohsiung No. 2 and the survival rate were all higher than 90%.
