Establishment of Detection Techniques for Seedborne Pathogens of Tomato
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and Tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) is one of the important seed-borne plant virus diseases. In this study, we followed the ISTA Rules to establish a SOP for Tobamovirus bioassay and, at the same time, another SOP of Real-Time RT-PCR for Tobamovirus is going to be established.
