Development of Key Technologies for Tissue Culture-assisted Seed Selection
This project has completed anther culture of cruciferous into embryoids, which can be used in plant induction tests to generate double haploid for parent materials of breeding program. In addition, the green bamboo has completed the multiplication culture test of three local bamboo strains (Tao-Lu, Da-Pang and Hong-Yu). The results showed that the average multiplication rate of buds in the two culture media 167-1 and 167-3 was 1.2-1.4 times, and there was no significant difference between the strains.
