Research on germplasm maintenance and industrial application of vegetative propagation crops
The underground rhizomes of four Xiang-lian tissue-cultured lotus clones (9-2, 7, 2-9-1, and 10-2) were successfully established. Growth performance was evaluated three months after transplanting, showing significant differences among the clones in petiole length, leaf length, leaf width, and petiole diameter.
