Taiwan Seed Improvement and Propagation Station Council of Agriculture is a Taiwan-based public grain seed supply unit, which is responsible for the implementation of domestic grain seed preparation, warehousing and sales. In order to make the production and marketing system of miscellaneous grain seeds to meet the international quality standards and to follow the policy of "Big granary project and action plan ",the ISO 9001 quality management system was introduced in 2017 to promote the domestic grain industry. This project, the "Intelligent upgrading service and promotion of seed production and marketing information management system", is a new two-year plan (from 2019 to 2020).In order to provide ordering and online approval, warehousing and saling model were competed in 2019. Accounting, gardening seedlings, and production management systems were competed in 2020.These processes included system functions design, testing, and online.

It hopes to upgrade the old system,to make it regenerate , and to construct a comprehensive informationization through the intelligent services of the production and sales management platform. Furthermore, an e-commerce function will also be introduced into the system to reduce the costs of on-site personnel maintenance and paper consumption, therefore to achieve the goal of sustainable service and promotion.
