20 species (cultivars) have collected of Vanda, including Ascocentrum (Asctm.), Ascocenda (Ascda.), okara (Mkra.), Ascocentrum、Rhynchostylis, Asctm. × Rhy. × V. and Vascostylis and completed 20 hybrid combinations. Among these combinations, 6 combinations have been obtained seedlings and the percentage of offspring obtained is 30%. Regarding different ABA treatments for the quality of nobile-type Dendrobium flowering, the results show that Lai's Mildstage Lake was applied ABA 10ppm in pad-and-fan greenhouse, and with flower bud rate reached 88%, which was higher than control, and bud abortion rate was lower than that of the control. Paph. appletonianum of slipper orchids planted in 25/15℃ greenhouse and combined with the BA and GA₃ treatment, the flowering time is 40 days earlier than in pad-and-fan greenhouse. Planted in the day and night temperature (25/15℃), the proportion of flowering is higher after spraying with GA₃ 25ppm, spraying BA 50ppm every two weeks has a higher flower stalk rate in this test. This year amaryllis has been crossed according to the breeding goals of small flowers, petal edges with color and pure white flower color. A total of 32 cross combinations have been conducted. 1,660 hybrid seedlings have been successfully obtained, and the former selection of hybrid progenies has been selected 100 flowering progenies have been voted, a total of 8 plants with potential large-flower series and small-flower series have been selected; the breeding goal of calla lilies this year is golden yellow, pink, multi-flowered and suitable for cut flowers, a total of 30 hybrid combinations were carried out, and 910 progenies were obtained. In addition, a total of 5 potential progenies have been selected from the progenies flowering individual plants.
