Establish Cucurbitaceae vegetable breeding technologies of heat tolerance

  1. In 2022, we selected 22 inbred lines were selected for breeding materials. We finished evaluating 52 hybrids, and applied one new variety ‘TSS No. 3 ’ of plant variety right.
  2. In 2022, we selected 46 lines and investigated them to evaluate the genetic diversity and performance of Bitter gourd. Amount of those lines , we selected 11 inbred lines and completed 15 hybrids in the farm this year. We compared those hybrids which are four hybrids (111H01、04、10 and 12) better than other, and had better performance.
  3. In 2022, we completed the cultivation and performance evaluation of 15 pumpkin hybrids; 20 pumpkin strains were isolated, purified and enhanced for generations, and cross-pollination operations were carried out for 15 combinations for future trial planting evaluation.
