:::

The seedling leaf electrolyte leakage index was used to select papaya heat-resistant Resistance and virus Resistance varieties.

This year, 10 inbred lines and 13 cross-organization crosses were used. 1.5 months after sowing, the leaf disc of the fifth leaf of the seedling was taken to measure the electrolyte leakage of the leaf cytoplasm. And In the middle of the fruiting period in late May, measure the leakage of electrolytes in the cytoplasm of mature leaves of mature plants. The same test plants were investigated at the end of May during the high temperature and rainy season to investigate the normal flower ratio, the presence or absence of pollen, and the fruit setting rate of the top flower of  inflorescence rachis. The hybrid lines that provide pollen across institutions have been planted in the field for the primary comparison test of lines. At present, the investigation of the fruit-bearing traits of the tested strains has been completed

Leaf electrolyte leakage rate is low, and plants can still bear fruit normally during high temperature period
