High quality tomato and stress tolerance breeding technology in Facility.

This year the completed selection of the heat-resistant germplasm. The were investigated 15 lines with selected weather-resistant 5 lines, and completed high-quality lines for 20 hybrid combinations during the summer in the greenhouse. The completed of strains selection to heat resistance at the seedling stage. After high-temperature short-term heat treatment, investigated the withering rate, growth recovery, ion leakage rate, and evaluate the traits and heat resistance of the strains to planted in the high temperature of the greenhouse. The initially completed of heat resistance selection in the seedling stage. The 20 hybrid combination were also compared trial to selection for the 9 high-quality combination. In addition, with 12 backcross combination were selection for disease resistance, the high backross generation were selected disease-resistant of strains for retention.
