Function Demonstration and Optimization of the Expert System for Vegetable Seedling Production Forecast

This plan is aimed at vegetable nurseries that have been applying plug seedling production. By collecting annual seedling growth data to establish seedling growth parameters, combined with continuous environmental data collection, the accumulated data is used for the growth model. The seedlings production forecasting model is integrated into the intelligent production and marketing management system of vegetable seedlings for the convenience of use. This year, through the verification of individual nursery farms and the analysis of the average temperature and accumulated temperature of the adjacent agricultural meteorological stations can be used to estimate the temperature in the nursery farms from the weather stations. This plan creates a basis for predicting the growth of seedlings in the production process, and can improve the efficiency of the nursery's shipment scheduling. The test results of several batches of seedlings to revise the reference standard threshold value to adjust prediction model. In addition, the seedling test was carried out at different nurseries at the same time. It can be observed that the performance of the seedlings is different due to the different management. The results of the predicted date of seedlings are in line with the actual delivery date, which can meet the needs of the industry. In the future, we will continue to assist the nursery owners to adjust their optimal forecast results according to their environmental data and seedlings data.
