Establishment of precise and efficient breeding technology for industry-oriented traits of cauliflower
There are two parts in this project. One is the establishment of an accurate field survey method for curd color traits, and another is the development of molecular markers for cauliflower curd color. The 1st version of curd color card related for white cauliflower has been completed (Fig. 1). The ddRAD-seq was applied in a cauliflower F2 population related to curd color between white and yellow in this study. Total of 5,683 variants were selected to develop the linkage map of cauliflower (Fig. 2), and the QTL analysis was conducted.
