Establishment of the biological indicator of disease resistance for tomato in drought condition

This year(2022) we investigated the growth situation under drought and observe the effect to tomato with different microbiological products. And we found cultuvars: LA716 and TSS-AVRCD 22 are the most resistant to drought. We selected several tomato species which is drought resistance or sensitive strongly separately, we also took the soil around the rhizosphere and  analyzed the microorganism with NGS tool(Next generation sequencing). There are 974 species bacteria in our samples and some of them such as Burkholderiales, Sphingomonadaceae, Myxococcales and Comamonadaceae may be able to induce the plant resistance to the environmental stress.

  We select several tomato cultivars which are drought resistance or sensitive strongly, we also took the soil around the rhizosphere and analysis the microorganism with NGS tool. We can find the difference of of several microorganism populations between the different cultivars.
