This project is to tutor the small, medium and micro-sized agricultural operators including self-employed farmers, farmers in production and marketing groups, groups, cooperatives, etc to apply agricultural cloud market consulting service of agricultural digital base plate star point plan. By importing digital tool to encourage small, medium and micro-sized industry to apply digital transformation technology, products or services to facilitate the upgrading and transformation of the industry value chain, the popularity of industrial digital, the increase in agricultural operators' profit, and the improvement of industrial competitiveness.
