This project is based on the originally drafted 'Domestic Agricultural Product Teaching Materials' for potatoes. It aims to develop more practical and informative diversified teaching materials to alleviate the preparation burden for educators and assist in strengthening the promotion of food and agriculture teaching materials. Additionally, it collaborates with cultivation operators, schools, farms, or community organizations to conduct promotional activities for food and agriculture teaching materials. The goal is to enhance the effectiveness of teaching materials and promote the widespread adoption of food and agriculture education. This, in turn, increases public and student understanding of the process from the farm to the table, promotes awareness of the health and safety of domestically produced agricultural products, and develops the ability to choose local, seasonal, and safe ingredients. Ultimately, the project seeks to drive the development of our country's healthy food and agriculture industry.
