In the work of long-term protection technology for vegetable crop seed treatment, different concentrations of chemical fungicides were used to test their inhibitory capabilities against Colletotrichum lagenaria. The results showed that Fosetyl-al and Fosetyl-aluminium + Isotianil were all effective at three dilution multiples, and the mycelium growth inhibition rate ranged from 89.47 to 90.36%. The average germination rate of healthy seedlings after being mixed with coating agents was between 90-98% in each treatment group, with no significant negative impact on germination. There was no negative impact on the normal seedling rate of each treatment that seeds mixed with chemical fungicides and coating agents was. The test concentration did not significantly inhibit the seed germination of each treatment. The development of a composite seed treatment technology for onions is underway. The four treatments -PEG、GA3、KNO3及H2O- applied for 24 hours, were unable to effectively improve the germination rate and speed of onion varieties 706 and 708. In fact, some samples showed a decrease in either germination rate or speed. This year's experiment tested the germination rates of onions at the optimal temperature, and in the future, temperature treatments will be added to assess changes in the effects of the agents from the optimal temperature to the highest temperature. Additionally, the use of bio-stimulants (such as betaine) will be explored to regulate seed physiology and combined with antioxidant treatments to control seed aging speed, improve seedling rates under high-temperature stress, and maintain germination rates under non-high-temperature stress.
