Establishing Cucurbitaceae Vegetables New Varieties of Heat Tolerance and Related Technology
This project completed 44 hybrids of bitter gourd. Among the green-skinned types, we selected 7 hybrids, including H8 and H13, which exhibited traits such as early maturity, high yield, and heat tolerance. Among the white-skinned types, we select 3 hybrids including H38 and H40, that exhibited traits such as medium-early maturity, white-skinned, neat fruit shape and rounded wart. These hybrids have the potential for future promotion and application.
