Establishing Cucurbitaceae Vegetables New Varieties of Heat Tolerance and Related Technology

This project completed 44 hybrids of bitter gourd. Among the green-skinned types, we selected H5 and H6, which exhibited traits such as early maturity, high yield, and heat tolerance. Among the white-skinned types, we select H38 and H40, that exhibited traits such as medium-early maturity, white-skinned, neat fruit shape and rounded wart. These hybrids have the potential for future promotion and application. On pumpkin, we completed 20 hybrids, No. 16 has the best fruit weight and quality performance.
