Study of Inspection and Monitoring System for Gene-edited and Genetically Modified crops

In the establishment of detection methods for genetically modified crops, both qualitative and quantitative detection methods for the genetically modified soybean variety (DBN-09004-6) have been successfully developed. The limit of detection (LOD) for qualitative analysis is 0.05%. Regarding quantitative detection, the standard curve exhibits a strong linear correlation with a coefficient (R²) of 0.985,, which provides a reliable basis for accurate quantitative analysis.
